• Checking to make sure all windows and doors
are locked and secure

• Checking for weather damage & plumbing leaks

• Post Storm Evaluations

• Checking thermostats

• Providing weekly email reports to keep you informed on the current status

Cottage Comforts can also provide specialty Homeowner Services to save you time and travel including:

• Obtaining estimates for lawn care, painting, pressure washing, window cleaning and other
minor repairs

• Changing air filters to minimize your bills

• Accepting deliveries

• Mailing you items that were left behind

• Arranging for beach vehicle service or detailing
